Prince Rex (Alidaar x AK Bint Maarena) has an incredible heritage behind him and a promising future ahead. He is Straight Egyptian, Al Khamsa, Blue List eligible and Asil. His sire, Alidaar, was a U.S. and Canadian Top Ten Futurity stallion before being exported to Europe and eventually Qatar. Alidaar has many International Championships to his credit, and continues to sire foals of the same caliber. Alidaar is a full brother to the legendary U.S. Reserve National Champion Ruminaja Ali. Breeding sons of Alidaar are extremely rare in this country. AK Bint Maarena, dam of Prince Rex, is a straight Babson bred mare. Babsons are noted for their fantastic dispositions and great heart. AK Bint Maarena is a full sister to multinational champion Dressage horse, Serr Maariner.
Prince Rex himself is a beautifully conformed, extremely typey, sweet-natured stallion. He sires foals that consistently exceed our expectations. His first foal, Wizare (x Lady Minstril), was 2003 Region 16 Futurity Champion Stallion. Rex is 15 hands, short coupled, straight legged, long necked, level headed and extremely typey. He is ridden western on trails and is a good, solid citizen. He has been tested SCID clear by VetGen. Transported cooled semen is available.
